OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

•Supply and management of competent offshore Pedestal Crane Operators, Crane Technicians, Crane Inspectors & Crane Engineers
•Maintenance strategy and procedure complies with API Recommended Practice (RP) 2D and usually fixed based on 3 monthly, 6 monthly and annual preventative maintenance schedules
•Technical support by Subject Matter Expert (SME) to troubleshoot and resolve any issue
•Supply of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or compatible manufacturer’s spare parts and components for various types of offshore pedestal cranes
•Assessment and proposal of compatible equivalent parts (due to parts obsolescence or OEM support is no longer available)
•We supports various make & model of crane and is able to supply both OEM and replacement parts
•Review and provide minor modification proposal to client. These modifications include change or upgrade  of hydraulics and electrical system including providing material take off requirements
•Existing parts identification services
•Obsolete parts comparison with new suitable parts services
INSPECTION SERVICES

•Perform crane inspection based on API standard and requirements
•Perform crane load testing based on Client’s internal or/and external certification requirements
•Inspection and load testing services of all lifting gear (e.g. chain hoist, chain block, pneumatic & electrical hoist) including associated equipment (such as gin pole, overhead cranes) based on LOLER and LEMS regulations and requirements.
•Crane health check service is based on a standard checklist which can be customized for specific crane and on specific components or structures to be inspected
•Crane health check is normally performed every 5 years or upon transition of crane services provider
MAJOR REPAIR, OVERHAUL & CRANE UPGRADES
MRO services are delivered based on API-2C requirements:
•Repair, refurbishment or replacement of engine, boom, winches, cylinder, hydraulic pumps and motors
•Revision of Operation & Maintenance manual (post upgrade, overhaul or modification)
This service is normally rendered together with MINOR ENGINEERING SERVICES AND OTHER TECHNICAL SERVICES:
•Replacement of parts, electrical and hydraulic system due to obsolescence for various make and model of cranes
•Upgrade or modification of crane current design technology and safety standards (e.g. hydraulic, electrical and ancillaries) to improve reliability and availability performance
